How Are Freeze-Dried Sweets Made?

We start by carefully selecting the finest quality sweets, ensuring they meet our rigorous standards for taste and freshness. Whether it's juicy fruits, creamy chocolates, or chewy candies, only the best make it into our freeze-drying process.
Once we've chosen the perfect sweets, they undergo a process called pre-freezing. This involves subjecting the treats to extremely low temperatures, typically below freezing, which prepares them for the next stage of the process.

Next, the pre-frozen sweets are transferred to a freeze-drying chamber. This chamber creates a controlled environment where the temperature is kept well below freezing, and the air pressure is reduced. This unique combination allows for the removal of moisture from the sweets without causing them to thaw.
During freeze-drying, a process called sublimation takes place. This is where the frozen water molecules in the sweets transition directly from a solid to a gas state, bypassing the liquid phase entirely. As a result, the moisture is gently extracted from the sweets, leaving behind perfectly preserved flavors and textures.
Once the freeze-drying process is complete, the sweets are carefully removed from the chamber. They are then packaged in airtight containers to maintain their freshness and flavor. Our packaging ensures that you receive the same delicious taste and crispy texture every time you indulge in our freeze-dried sweets.
